The Pleasure of Having a One Hour Full Body Massage

In my recent posting I listed that one of the luxuries in life that Macrine and I are enjoying is our monthly one hour massage in the privacy of our bedroom. It is a bit expensive( extra fee for home service) but it is worth it. Today after my massage I felt so good and has plenty of energy to write this post.

Our excellent and capable massage therapist is Mark Richards. First he does the back, the legs, the feet, the arms and finally the neck and shoulders.
