WELCOME TO MY SITE AND HAVE A GOOD DAY

If this is your first time in this site, welcome. It has been my dream that my province, Marinduque, Philippines becomes a world tourist destination not only during Easter Week but also whole year round. You can help me achieve my dream by telling your friends about this site. The photo above is your own private beach at The Chateau Du Mer Beach Resort. The sand is not as white as Boracay, but it is only a few steps from your front yard and away from the mayhem and crowds of Boracay. I have posted some of my favorite Filipino and American dishes and recipes on this site also. Some of the photos and videos on this site, I do not own. However, I have no intention on infringement of your copyrights. Cheers!

The Late Yong Nieva and Cameron Quin- Founder of Henosis

From My E-mail Today
How do I put into words, in a world full of dramatic headlines and dramatised personal story telling, something that has happened that is just... simply... human and beautiful.
Yesterday, a gentleman named David B Katague emailed me a link to his personal blog, mentioning that it has received millions of views since 2009, and shared a piece he had written about me and Henosis.
What makes this even more meaningful is that David is family to my late friend, Yong Nieva, the man who touched my heart and inspired me to start Henosis in the first place.
Yong was not only an unwavering source of support but also a true catalyst for Henosis and a dear friend. He believed in my work as deeply as I did - sometimes even more.

We shared the same lens on reality, though for him it had been a way of seeing for over 30 years, while for me it was a recent discovery. We could talk for ten hours straight, and often did. We even made the trek up to Tiger’s Nest in Bhutan together. He would regularly gift me stacks of Japanese notebooks and pens, telling me "just write Cameron." I had never experienced that level of genuine unconditional encouragement, and i'm so very grateful to have received it.
It’s not often you form that kind of bond with another human. And even now, after his passing, his support flows through his family, through moments like this, and through the quiet encouragement like David, and I look forward to meeting him soon.
David - Thank you for caring and reconnecting me to the memory of Yong, and supporting my mission. Yong - I miss you, my friend. Your words still guide me.
And to anyone reading - never underestimate how far your encouragement can travel. Sometimes, it echoes for a lifetime. If it interests you, you can read it here:

Note Additional E-mail from Cameron: David, thank you for your keen observation and writing on me and my endeavours. I find myself lucky to receive the kind words and would like to invite you to an online meet. We can book in over the next week or so, how does that sound?

I would love to reminisce on Yong aswell. It is true, I miss that man dearly.  And for your community, I would love to make the ReProgram Online (online program you wrote about) free for all.

I look forward to connecting. Cameron Quin

Meanwhile, here's a Photo of Yong, Macrine and Me at the Amana Resort, Cawit, Marinduque, 2011. I missed you both!  Macrine and Yong were first cousins. However, we felt he was like a younger brother to us. We were neighbors in Boac- Our Beach Resort ( Chateau Du Mer) is only about 1KM apart from Yong's Amana Resort.  The photo reminds me of our Happy Days.
